Projects
EIMC is currently developing three magnetite projects, in Southeast Alaska,
Vancouver Island, British Columbia, and Whitehorse, Yukon.

The Alaska magnetite project includes approximately three million tons of
good quality magnetite with small but recoverable amounts of copper and
gold.  The project includes patented mining claims, and we are negotiating
access and land use issues with the surrounding land owner.  The
permitting process has begun and we hope to begin production in 18-24
months.  This magnetite will be exported as iron ore and the Company
currently has a contract to sell this ore to a state-owned Chinese company.

The Vancouver Island magnetite project consists of several small reserves
of relatively high-grade magnetite near Sayward and a larger reserve near
Campbell River.  A bulk sample was produced in 2005 and the permitting
process is progressing.  The project is in continuing discussions with the
owner of a nearby ship-loading facility to enable loading of ocean going
ships.  These magnetite resources will be developed as sources of iron ore
for export to the Far East and possibly a source of media iron for US and
Canadian coal mines.

The Whitehorse project involves reprocessing tailings from a closed copper
mine (Whitehorse Copper Mine) to extract magnetite and reclaim the site.
The project has completed a land lease with the Yukon government and has
started the permitting process which is expected to take 12-18 months.  The
magnetite will be shipped as iron ore to Far East steel makers through the
ore terminal in Skagway, Alaska.
